Leaf Press Looking for Love Poems Contest

Listing: Leaf Press is looking for love poems with the intention of publishing 20 poems in a chapbook to be released in fall of 2005. Another 20 selected poems will be published as part of a special feature on the Leaf Press website.

First prize: $100.00
Second prize $75.00
Third prize $50.00

Everyone who enters will receive one copy of the chapbook; the poets published in print will receive two chapbooks.

Deadline for postmark: July 30, 2005.
Entry fee $15.00 for a maximum of 5 poems previously unpublished in chapbook or book form.

Blind judging—-Enclose cover letter with e-mail address and phone number. Entries will not be returned. We will announce winners by newsletter and on the website. Maximum poem length for this project is 30 lines including stanza breaks.
