Based in Ottawa, but wide-ranging in scope (and completely on-line), Poetics.ca works to explore the astonishing diversity of approaches to poetic text, with a focus on writing by Canadian authors. The third issue features STOP AND GO TO SLOW: a conversation with Stephen Cain by rob mclennan, Trailing Nadja: On Writing "I Nadja, and Other Poems" by Susan Elmslie, Talking about Collaboration by Douglas Barbour and Sheila E. Murphy, Questions about the stars and other matter an interview with Robyn Sarah by Stephen Brockwell, & A Goose in the Caboose: Ideas on the Sonnet by Peter van Toorn (this includes a sound file excerpt of a recent conversation between Stephen Brockwell & Peter van Toorn). The site is not intended to express a single poetic, but to provide a forum for energetic dialogue between diverse poetics.
